These terms and conditions cover use of our website Magical Celebrations and are issued by the company Magical Celebrations Ltd. They are operative from November 1st 2017

Use of the website includes but is not limited to site purchases, promotions and other data you enter into the site. The following terms and conditions of use pertain to anyone using the website. Please read these terms carefully.

  1. Content

While we will always strive to deliver accurate and up to date information on our website, errors and oversights may occur.
Magical Celebrations reserves the right to make any changes to the site, and the products and information contained within the site, without notice and at any time. Magical Celebrations does not accept any liability which may directly or indirectly result from the potential change in products or information


  1. Ordering Products or Services from us

When you are ordering a product or service from us, you are making a request to purchase these goods or services.
The ordering process involves adding a product to the shopping cart, or emailing and requesting a service to be completed. This process involves providing us with the relevant information such as delivery details or time that a service is required, entering payment, and submitting this information to complete the order. Please ensure that all details are correct.
After affirming your details, there will then be a confirmation e-mail with acceptance of the order. You may not cancel after this step.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.


  1. Delivery and Delivery Charges

Our delivery costs are listed with each item sold, you may qualify for a reduction in costs if buying more than one item.
We also provide free delivery around Hamilton city for products purchased over $100.00.
Please note that a signature is optional for receiving deliveries. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days.
We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful.


  1. Faulty Goods Policy

If the goods you purchase are faulty or damaged in any way when they are delivered to you, Magical Celebrations will replace them for you under the terms of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Act states that “these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act and in the case of conflict the provisions of that Act will apply.”
The goods should be returned to us with proof of purchase. Simply contact us to discuss.


  1. Refusing or cancelling orders

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel an order if:

      • The goods or services ordered are no longer available
      • We believe (in our own judgement) that the order is fraudulent
      • There is a technical error or pricing error

This includes orders that have already been accepted.


  1. Payment options

We accept the following credit cards:

      • Visa
      • MasterCard

Visa and MasterCard payments are processed through PayPal payment Gateway. You do not require a PayPal account to pay with Visa or MasterCard.


  1. Privacy Policy

We are dedicated to protecting any and all personal details given as part of any orders of products or services through our site. All personal information given will be held securely by Magical Celebrations Ltd, 10 Whatawhata Road, Dinsdale and technology service partners in accordance with governmental privacy policy laws. These details will only be used as part of completing an order of products or services, and for no other reasons without consent.

This website is governed by, and is to be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand.
